A soft place to land during life’s hardest moments.
Guiding you through trauma, grief and anxiety with gentle support and understanding.
I’m Sammy, a Registered Counsellor specialising in trauma, grief, and loss. I support people through the often overwhelming and heartbreaking experience of trauma and bereavement, helping them navigate the deep pain and uncertainty that comes with loss.
Grief and trauma can leave you feeling as though your world has shattered into a million pieces, making it hard to imagine life ever feeling steady again. It can bring confusion, overwhelm, and a longing for answers that may never come.
The truth is, what you’ve been through has changed you, but it doesn’t mean you can’t find your way back to solid ground. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or moving on, but rather learning to carry your loss in a way that allows you to live again.
I know this journey intimately, both through my own experiences and through walking beside so many others on their path to healing. It would be my honour to do the same for you.
My deepest commitment is to provide a safe, compassionate space where those experiencing trauma, grief, and loss feel truly supported, seen, and heard. I understand that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I offer a non-judgmental, trauma-informed approach that honours each individual’s unique experience.
Grief and trauma can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk this path alone. With warmth and guidance, I help you process your pain, rebuild a sense of self, and move toward a life that feels whole again, one step at a time.
